This is probably not the best way to start a personal ad, but then most women say they like honesty so, what better way to be honest then to tell you what I am not.
First, I am by nature an introvert. By this I will say that I do my best to avoid large gathering of people. I like people, but my preference is for people in small quantities(number). This I find is much nicer. With that said, I will go movies, concerts and other public events if I have a strong interest in what is being shown or performed.
Second, I am not the great American conversationalists, I am a better listener or observer then talker. I sometimes think that the right(correct) lady for me would come equipped with a verbal crowbar and the instinct to know when and how to use that crowbar.
Third: I am the kind of guy that if I was given a large sacks of clues concerning women, I would still not have a clue. Training may be required. (I learn reasonably well)
My interests include: working out at the gym,(novice power lifter), movies (a growing DVD collection), music (My preference lean toward late 50's, 60's, 70's, early 80's, and some country music (the stuff where the singer is not crying in his beer). I do not like rap and I try to avoid metal. As to classical music I find most of what I have heard good to sleep by.)). As to walks alone a beach, camping, cookouts and hiking; I am sure I that with the right woman I will find these enjoyable. I am not into skiing, golf, car racing, as well as most spectator sports. If I had the ability I would rather play that observer.
As to pets, I feel that they are just furry kids and if you have any they should be part of your family. (I do not have any pets at this time)
I live in the present but look to the future, and examine the past. Where do you live the past, present, or the future.
I am in general happy with myself. This is not to say that there is not room for changes or improvements. Believe me there are things I need to change.
I am not looking for a one night stand. With that stated do not think that our passion will not be important to me because they will be. I expect that our passion will also be important to you. What I am hoping to find a lady that I will feel comfortable being with and she will feel comfortable being with me and that we will be able to built our relationship from there.
