I was born in Chicago Illinois, but moved around a lot as a child. I've lived all over the United States, everywhere between Pennsylvania to California. When I was 15, my family and I settled in Texas. I have one brother and one sister. In my teen years I was an avid martial artist and a regular competitor on multiple Texas tournament circuits. In 1994 and 1996 I placed in the top three at the Texas State Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Championships. In 1997 I chose a different path. I packed up and hit the road. I traveled around the western U.S. Working odd jobs. I found work taking hunters on weeklong trips, on horse ranches and dude ranches. I learned a lot of interesting things about the outdoors, animals and most importantly about myself and I had a great time doing it. In 1998 I returned to Texas. In early 2001 my son Dylan was born. Being a parent is one of life’s greatest experiences. I enjoy all of the quirky little things he does. Dylan and I enjoy playing at the park and feeding the ducks. He loves his toy cars and trucks. In my working life I have done a variety of things, from waiting tables to manufacturing warehouses to managing corporate relationships. I’ve been in the wireless telecommunications industry for 5 years now where I work with Fortune 300 companies. I enjoy my work very much. In my personal life I enjoy being outdoors and playing competitive sports, especially sand volleyball. Dallas TX has a lot of exposure to this sport, hosting the annual Spikefest and AVP tournament. I also enjoy playing soccer and softball. This year I attended my first NASCAR race in Ft. Worth TX. I had a good time, but I’ll probably catch it on the TV from now on.
