I need to put this up front, as I had no choice or say in what happened to me. My life was changed on September 21, 1999, I was the victim of a ROAD RAGE attack. I put on almost ninety pounds in 3 1/2 years, due to my inability to maintain an active life that I had been so accustomed to and some of the medications they prescribed for me. It took me almost five years and several surgeries to really start the healing process. I have worked through the important issues and I like the person that I’m becoming, stronger in some ways and more cautious in others. This is why, for now, I’m only looking for some activity and fitness friends that might live in different parts of New England. That’s not to say, I’m not looking for a committed relationship in the future it’s just clarifying that, I’m not looking for one-night stands or players. I would prefer a couple of e-mails and enough phone calls to make us both comfortable. I had always been very active, and 2008 is the start of my complete physical return! I’m working on loosing the weight I gained and that is one of the reasons, I MUST find someone that really loves the outdoors and wants to be very active. I live in the Monadnock region of NH, which offers some truly wonderful and diverse activities. The only activity I’m not equipped for is Kayaking, maybe you could help me pick one out this summer. I have a Concept 2 rowing machine and Keys treadmill that are great when the weather is bad, however, there is nothing like heading off the back deck and hiking the the trails in the woods outback or hiking some of the mountains of New England. It sure looks like this is going to be the year for outdoor sports. Care to join me?
Just in case any activity and or fitness friends start to turn into more of a mutual, casual relationship. I'm a good listener and love to discuss the events that happened during the day. I am hoping to find someone that has the same needs that I am missing. Companionship, conversation that flows both ways, an open mind, honesty, enjoys the outdoors, active and open for sharing each other’s interests. I am here without any baggage, just ready to move on and make a full commitment to the right Lady. The most important thing for me right now is that we both take our time. My house was built in 1864 and I enjoy the continuing rehab, and I could use some help picking the new colors for the interior walls. My favorite room is the Country Kitchen that I made out of three smaller rooms. I love to cook and I’m also pretty good at cleaning up as I go. I have the desire to live the love of life and all that can be made of it. You should be open minded and self assured enough to make the plans for a meal, a weekend or just say that you would like to suggest something different, than doing what I have suggested! I will always ask your opinion, we should be equals not adversaries, interested in sharing all that we know and have enjoyed. I hope to learn as much from you as I hope to be able to share with you. You should be comfortable and ready to be respected, appreciated, spoiled and loved. You will find Chivalry like that of Camelot, and rarely experienced today. Last but not least, you should enjoy motorcycles or at least be willing to try it with someone that is a very responsible person and rider. I would also like to find someone that could have a bit of an edge, once in a while. The opportunities abound for friendship, fun and new adventures, care to join me?
