Hmmmm where do I begin? Let's start with who defines me. I am a mom of 4 wonderful people. Two are out on their own and doing just fine. Still have a 17 year old and a 13 year old. They all keep me young and I have a blast around them. I could never imagine holding such intelligent insightful and open conversations with my parents!
As with my children, I like to communicate with grown ups. I like to hear different theories and perspectives on any subject. Let's start small and work our way up from there to the big stuff (politics, religon...).
Since I've been tied down most of my life, I am learning how to have fun and enjoy life. I've experienced so many "firsts" in the last 2 years and am loving it.
Now to what I like to do! I love music. All kinds - for it should touch us all on some level. It describes a mood, a feeling, a definition of soul or just has a great beat. It doesn't matter what it does as long as it means something to you. Needless to say, live music is best!!!
I like to cook. I was raised farm so I make a mean chicken fried steak. I can get out on the tractor, the 4 wheeler, the motorcycle, shoot a rifle, get dirty and I can dress to the 9's and turn heads when I enter a room. Nice feeling, but honestly, I'm not out for affirmation. I am who I am. I love the warm climate, sunshine, water... I like to fish and experience nature. I do prefer a hotel to a tent but I can cope if you're with me.
I think there is more than one person that we can be compatible with. It's just a matter of patience and tolerance. I'm not sure if I believe in one soulmate but I think it's a possibility. I am a very flexible person and wish the same from my partner. Honesty and communication are not only highly regarded but mandatory in a relationship.
Speaking of relationships, I'm not high maintenance but I like to be in contact. I try my to do stuff for myself but I do need a little help with car stuff, clogged drains, stuff..... I want to go out with my friends too but I'd like it even better if you were with me and my friends.
I have been described as sarcastic, witty, funny, fun, classy, intelligent, a good business woman and kind hearted (not necessarily in that order or by the same person).
Sometimes I want to go out and rip up the town and sometimes I want to cuddle on the couch touching each other and watching a movie (or not watching) or listening to the rain. I like to be spontaneous and go out and dance in the rain or watch the tornatdo coming. Sometimes I'll headbang and dance like I'm 18 at a concert and sometimes I'll act my age. Doesn't matter as long as it was an experience I'll never forget!
