I generally don't know what to say about myself, as I don't see myself as others do, but I'll give it a shot and we'll see how it turns out.
I am divorced, I have 3 children, ages 14, 12, and 9, who mean the world to me. I live in Marietta, IN, which is about 6 miles SW of Shelbyville, IN. I try to spend most of my time with friends & family, when I am not taking care of things around the house. I try to keep up with Nascar and the Colts when time permits. Go fishing, camping, horseback riding when I can.
I prefer to do my own cooking from scratch as opposed to eating out or pre-packaged (not exceptional, but haven't killed anyone, LOL). Doesn't mean I won't eat someone else's home cooking, just don't eat at restaurants a lot. I am not opposed to doing laundry, vacuuming, dishes, etc., not because I like it, but I know that by helping out with such things, there is more time for other activities or just relaxing in each others company.
I do like to go out and have fun, but also like quiet evenings at home sharing personal time with my partner in life.
I am pretty laid back, do not anger easily, I try to get along with everyone. I try to look beyond the wrapping to the wonderful gift inside the person. With some people, the old adage is true about beauty only being skin deep.
I currently work as a driver for Central Transport running locally out of Columbus, In, so am home daily, and on the weekends. I make a decent living, and am not looking for someone to take care of me financially.
I am looking for more than just a physical relationship, there is an empty space within my heart as well as within the circle of my arms that needs to be filled. I am looking to begin as friends, and see where we go from there. Looking for someone who shares some of my interests, good sense of humor, likes/has children, not too judgemental, but pleasingly critical (I hope that one makes sense...LOL).
