I'm a people person, working as a greeter in a retail store. Oddly, off the clock, I'm immensely shy around women. Go figure. I've worked in retail the past sixteen years, and have been told by people for about that length of time I need to write. That's why I just finished my first novel, which I'm in the midst of tweaking, and am working on getting published. (I hope!)
I'm a medical pioneer of sorts, and have been interviewed by the press regarding this several times. Keeps life interesting. I also plan on writing a book regarding this. Now that I've learned how to do it, this is on the agenda.
I enjoy kids, the elderly, and am what is considered old-fashioned. I like older films, museums, walking with the people I enjoy - as long as we're seeing something enjoyable - plays, and concerts where you can understand what in tarnation they're saying. I enjoy a good book, and love it when I read to others or others read to me.

However, it's the best photo of me in recent years, and to be honest, we had a darned good time. (My buddy actually went as Hitler. Would you believe instead of people going tch, tch, we got compliments?)
I'm a Christian, and that's important to me. I also feel that should be important to whomever I find. I don't 'beat it over anyone's head', but I liked to 'walk the talk'.
I'm looking for a woman who just wants to be herself, and doesn't feel as if she needs to impress me or anyone else. I just want her to be her own person, and my friend, and we'll see what happens from there.
