Smart, serious, 5' 9 1/2", 260 lbs, sense of humor.
What I Love: reading, silence, computer games and learning/researching things of interest to me on the internet, people in 12 step programs, cats, dogs, horses, classical music, vintage clothing/hair, grown-up competent men, good movies/classics/old movies. I'm totally uninterested in politics and sports. Most country music makes me throw up but I like some old hillbilly ballads. No immediate plans to quit smoking, but it's a possibility. No plans to 'diet' but trying to go with whole/organic foods and may lose weight so if you are only attracted to larger women, I can't guarantee it. I have a low paying job as caregiver - see My Odd Work Hours blog. I drive but I don't own a car and use public transportation.
A few things I would like to do: date a man taller than me, alternately - date a man my height or shorter who is really okay with me in high heels. Have a partner with whom to take ballroom dancing lessons. Find a place and someone with whom to regularly horseback ride. To try bodybuilding/do more weightlifting.
What I really, really want (if I could have anything I wanted): to not have to work unless I choose; to travel; to be able to further my education if I choose; to be able to live wherever I want; to love, admire and respect my husband and have it reciprocated; freedom to explore occupations or pursuits I would enjoy; to not have to do housework; to not have to worry about money; to live off-grid (solar, water, wind power.
I don't find childishness or constant raunchiness cute. My ultimate desire is a life-long partner (matrimony). Must, finally, have very confident, very good (or very teachable) lover who is okay with my body (really) fat or thin.
I can cook, sew, play the piano (poorly), train a dog, train a horse, balance a checkbook, give a speech, tie off a boat, make a campfire, embroider, administer first aid, and all kinds of things. Sometimes I like to go to the beauty parlor, get food delivered, get groceries delivered, get flowers delivered and stay in bed all day!
