I am a southern lady looking for the southern gentleman. I enjoy being with someone special and want to be appreciated. I enjoy dining out, cooking at home or a nice picnic. Life is just too short to live alone. I love to be cuddled. I would like to meet gentlemen with ideas of friendship, and then see if sparks fly. My background is that I was a high school drop out. I followed other family members to the textile factory for a few years but decided that wasn't the life I wanted for my children. As a single parent, I started to junior college with my GED certificate. Over the years I have received 4 degrees, the most recent an Ed.S. in school leadership. I have retired from education in Georgia but returned to the classroom in the school where my 3 sons graduated. My motto is, "Always believe in yourself, and never - never give up."
