Personality
First born older brother personality, and wouldn't change it if I could, a little obsessive, compulsive Virgo mixed in for good measure ok. And yes at 48 I can us the word older because I've learned a lot along the way. Some think Its controlling but I'm only trying to be helpful don't mean harm in anyway, for if someone should choose to give me advice that to is ok, doesn't mean it should be taken and hope they feel the same. I give it with no judgement of if it should be followed and receive it the same way. Passionately love to brain storm with friends and family, you speak your idea or opinion freely without fear of slander, laughter quiet acceptable though. I speak out sometimes when I shouldn't and rush to judgement, I attribute some of that to dealing with the public all my life, when dealing with others security, life can change in the blink of a eye. Yes I serve the public and throw in a few X's along the way, for the life stye I lead always on call, brings with it more than a few strains on relationships, especially over two decades. I've learn that some souls we just meet on lives journey and some we carry with us until the end of our days. But through both types we carry with us our action which give us our personality we have today. I'm what some would call a workaholic, ( it's what I do when no one wants to play ) I run and manage four business three of which I am the soul proprietors, they take a lot of my time but not all of it. I have dealt with the public all my life, where you learn to except other, are you don't survive. You take the good they offer and lay the bad down, for that reason I don't normally burn bridges, you never know when you need that crossing again, " I bet you thought us guys never stopped and ask for directions lol", but I have burned a few, "BURN baby BURN", but they where never really my friend! I believe a true friend is a friend for ever, years may pass before one needs the other, but that connection remains. Yes this includes my X-s "but when it ends it ends", for they were first and always my friend. If they need me they call, as a handy man usually but sometimes just to see, "with concern" how I'm doing, workaholic remember? It gets to much to handle at times, I find writing poetry or songs mellows my mind, keeps hardships of the day at bay, but yes sometimes I make time to play. I like assembling model cars, of which I have to many by far "still in the boxes", but don't have the time that requires, maybe when I retire! I might be on here anytime day or night, then sometimes not for a while, it seems I always have something to do, but do not always choose to do it, ( play time yea )!. I've been on call 24-7 for over twenty-five years now, when the phone rings I have no choice, they are my customers, they need me and then I have drop what I'm doing and go! During the winter things slow down "thank goodness" and there is at least a little time for me. This is my world should you choose to enter in to it. Just say hi if you drop by, come on I dare you, just do it.

I miss friendships that now I can't share, because they no longer want me there.
They choose another or else to be alone. Either way, the closeness is gone.
No grudges or anger will I feel, for that means they hold on to my heart still.
Anger is but a way for others to control, so I‘ve long since let that go.
They choose to stop the time we shared, but I hope they find happiness somewhere.
They gave me sweet memories to forever hold. They chose not I, to stop their flow.
And end they did, and ended they stay, but apathy is not a word you hear me say.

A comment inspired by a little Sunshine:
Which must surely have been said before, but no less bears repeating,
When one shares there heart it is but the opening of a door, which the other may shut if they will, but if left swung full berth so much more may reveal.
