I dance passionately (sometimes I fall down, but have never dropped a partner), have interesting adventures (cruising the entire western coast of South America and transiting the Panama Canal this year, among other things), take care of myself physically, financially, and emotionally, and I enjoy life as a participant more than as a spectator. I am strait forward, six feet tall, in good shape at 195, toned and energetic. I prefer thin, petite, (5' to 5'6" and under 120 lbs) intelligent, and funny women, who are usually, but not always, younger. (Big Surprise). Knowing and being clear about what you like and what you are, is essential to having a great life. To settle is no longer an option. I am not judgmental, do well at living in the moment, and maintain an open mind. I have no trouble asking for directions, easily admit when I am wrong, and thrive on learning from others. (Why reinvent the wheel?) I’m not interested in plastic, either in personality or in body parts (never cared for big anyway), and you can be assured that I expect as much from me as I would from you.
As far as what I do, I guess you would say that I am an aesthetically driven investor, (degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, but began buying and renovating historic buildings in NYC while still in college). I live at the north end of the Florida Keys on a yacht and in north Georgia, in a beautiful and peaceful mountain home. (Serenity is important to me, but I am also an adventure junkie). I travel extensively, am an artistic and talented designer, can fly a plane, pilot large yachts (sail or power), and sing like Sinatra,(really), scuba dive, ride horseback (used to jump), and can cook a mean breakfast. This ride through life should be fun and interesting and if it‘s not, change your direction. As a testament to how firmly I hold that belief, my friends, both male and female, refer to me as fun, funny, and brilliant, a Renaissance man (broad base of knowledge and I can fix or build just about anything), that is OH SO MODEST. Yea right!!! Although I can be quite serious and focused, I can also take a joke and laugh about myself with the best of them, which unfortunately, happens more often than I would like to admit.
If roller coasters are more fun for you than frightening, and you’re still able to laugh at life's bruises and think outside of the box, being next to me might well be what you’re looking for. At a minimum, I’m great at dating, fun to be around, and besides that, I‘m a really good listener. Come on, you can smile now!!!!
