Hello,
I am 31 years old and recently out of a 7 year relationship. I moved to NC from NY 2 years ago and only made a few friends from work. I stopped drinking 3 years ago. So I really don't know how to get myself back out there. I figured I would try a site like this one and see what happens. I am a fun-loving and honest man who is open minded and intelligent and has a great sense of humor. I have had the same job for 11 years and am doing very well with it. I am actually getting started on building my own home. I am compassionate and caring with out being codependent. And have learned how to set boundaries and be an individual within a relationship. I am spiritual but not religious. I very much believe in a higher power and pray to Him often however I have never felt comfortable in a church. I like to play sports and be outside as well as watch movies and hang on the couch. I love to laugh and joke around but know when it's appropriate and when it's not. I am a huge music fan! I have probably one of the most varied collections you have ever seen. From Led Zepplin to Metallica and from Snoop Dog to Jack Johnson I love it all! (well most of it). I also love movies and frequently go to all sorts of different films. I love dogs and all animals for that matter. I volunteer at Wake County Animal Shelter once a week. Anyway enough about me.
