It's hard to talk about our own qualities but here goes - I'm a happy, healthy, good-natured, no head games, no lies, high morals, God-fearing, compassionate woman. It's very easy to fall into a comfort zone when you're single...and just stay there...which it seems I have been doing for awhile - though most weekends are spent visiting family or friends, amusement parks, car shows, canoing or just relaxing at the river, or staying home catching up on chores (ugghh - that's my least favorite), or just resting from all that! I have children, two that are grown and two teenagers at home, they keep me pretty busy - even the grown ones, but they have their own lives too "me" time is getting to be more all the time -and I want to share that with someone. I don't consider myself to be shy but I'm not a big flirt either and you will probably have to make the first move. I have this fierce determination that I didn't even know I had until I became a single parent...I'm rather a smart alec..and stubborn..I am a Taurus...maybe that's where that comes from. Now for what I'm looking for - obviously I haven't found that yet or I wouldn't be here. I appreciate the car door being opened for me - but don't expect it, so don't be surprised if I'm out of the car when you get to the door to open it! Did I mention independent too?..better throw that in there as it seems to intimidate men sometimes that I can take care of myself... you should look at this as a good thing, I can be codependent but it would take some practice! You should be honest, love kids, only a once in a while couch-potato, God loving, affectionate, a man who enjoys life each day and sees it as the gift it is.
