I am of average height/weight and believe in excercising everyday for my mental as well as physical health. I'm interested in meeting someone with equal mindset in that regard. One of my goals is to be snowskiing when I'm 80.
I have many interests....most of them outside. I've worked in a landscape architect's office for the last eight years and have throughly enjoyed this field.
I am from an incredible family. I have one son who is married and has just made me a Grandmother. I will admit out loud to this one particular weirdness...the men in my immediate family (there are four) are very strong 'men's men' and seem to set the' bar' fairly high. I frankly have only met a couple of men that I could have seriously been interested in, and have most recently figured out that this could possibly be the explanation of why I'm single. I have no problems with being alone but I would love to meet someone whom I could share the rest of my life with.
I have no room for jealousy in my life and that requires self-assurdness and having faith and respect for your partner. This is what I believe. My parents are still in love after 60 years of marriage. I also am a bit old fashioned and given the right person will give 110% of myself.
Believe it or not, my younger brother said "You are not going to meet the man for you in Houston....you need to look in Colorado" so here I am. Being able to make me laugh is absolutly my 'hot' button.
