I'm a fourth generation Alaskan living in Kenai, who of course loves living in this beautiful state. I was born in Longview, Washington, my parents moved us back to Alaska in 1963. Yes I was here for the BIG ONE. Went to Chugach Elementary (1st & 2nd grade), Northwood Elementary (2nd-5th grade), and Abbott Loop Elementary (6th grade) Schools. Attended and Graduated from Service-Hanshew in 1977. I'm the bookkeeper in Soldotna I am a bit of a loner who really wants to change, shy at times but quick to laugh.
I'm committed to staying in Kenai Area. I have 3 children: a daughter, 30, who lives in Minnesota with her husband and 2 boys; a son, 20, who is in the Alaska Air National Guard, attending school in Anchorage studying Welding Technology and Aircraft MAintenance -so very proud of him; and a daughter, 18, who lives with me. My parents live in Anchorage, have a brother and his family who live here in Soldotna, a sister and her husband in Peters Creek, a sister and her children in Rhode Island, and my baby sister and her family in upstate New York.
I love all types of pets: currently have a 4 year old male black cat named Antonio, a 2 year old female black cat named Pepper, and a Banana King Snake named Digger. In the past have had numerous cats and dogs, iguanas, snakes, an aligator, guinea pigs, pigs and goats.
My children are very important to me as are my to grandsons and soon to add another grandchild in October. I am slowly working to put myself (self esteem has been known to be very low in the past) and a relationship as my number 2 priority after the Church. I am looking for a longterm relationship that will lead to marriage, but am not looking to rush into anything real fast, I believe that time is a necessity in getting to know one another.
