Is there anyone else out there that had a problem answering this question….please write (lol). No really, it is so simple that it is complex…if that is not an oxymoron I don’t know what is…anyhow… enough of the commentary on the question and more in the line of answering it.
I have resided in the Cincinnati area for about 3 years now, I originally hale from a small town in Michigan. The transition from a small town to a metropolitan area has been interesting. I think that I experience a little “culture shock” when making the transition. I mean, what goes on in a small town is totally, I mean TOTALLY different than what takes place in an urban community. Small towns are more community/family-oriented. Kind of like “Cheers” where everyone knows “your” name (lol); conversely, in metro areas one is lucky to see the same face thrice in a month (or maybe unlucky---that depends on one’s perspective).
Anyhow, I am just on the site to chat and make online friends. I am not trying to meet anyone in person, right now, beyond the possibility of webcam chats. But that is contingent on the communication and comfort level. While I do not have any strong bias with whom I talk, I do have preferences. My preference is to chat with people who are educated, on the move, conscious of the world around them, and have a desire to exchange ideas/thoughts/etc. If you’re hard core, kick puppies, “like to tell it like it is” a.k.a. “keep it real”, have a bad attitude (while that is subjective…you be the judge and I will check it over later) or just do not have a sense of humor, please, as I have heard one of my childhood friends say, keep it movin’.
