Looking for a friend and companion to share interests with. There are so many things I don't want to do alone any more, and I'm tired of always hanging out with the other "old single women". I consider myself fun, creative, optimistic, honest and dependable, though my weakness is being too soft hearted sometimes. I'm clean and neat (ok - well, MOST of the time. I can get as dirty as the grandkids when we go to the park!) , a good housekeeper and a pretty good cook. I'm good at finding pleasure and contentment in simple things. I like art shows, festivals, car shows, watching sports (except basketball - too much squeaking and sweating!), birdwatching, gardening, and a lot of other things. Even just walking in the park or going to the zoo. I like animals, especially dogs, but I can't have pets where I live. I love to travel and would enjoy going to places I've never been before. And though I haven't done much of it in recent years, I also love fishing and boating. I am pretty much tied to the creative job that I am so lucky to have, only because there are bills to pay and I like to eat. There must be a wonderful man out there somewhere that would like to be my friend - and who knows what might come of that?
