i'm an outdoorsmen of sorts: i enjoy backpacking, paddeling (canoe-kayak), mountain biking, rock climbing, i own a boat but can't sit still long enough to fish. so as you can imagine, i like to go. an always on the go.
i'm a fair and honest man (sometimes too honest). i value principles like honesty, integrity,generiousity, compassion. i'm thoughtful, dependable and try to be the one person in the life of my loved ones that they can count on to be there. for any thing. i'm not afraid to stand and believe.
i have traveled some, though not much lately.
i love to cook. and have a pretty broad pallet. though i'm not a health freak, i am cautious about what i eat and drink. i drink socially, but can't remember the last time i was at the "bar" or casino. i enjoy a good wine, a good steak, and i make an awesome red sauce. i enjoy romantic white table cloth dinner.
i don't have children. though i would like to have kids, i'm not sure how important it really is to me at this point in my life. what is important to me: to have someone i can depend on, someone enjoy life with. go places, do things, pack a bag and drive to....dallas....or....branson...or campground on a whim for the weekend.
i'm not controlling. don't have time nor will i make time to micro-manage someone elses life. i want someone to walk with me, not behind me. i'm trustworthy and thats what i look for in a prospective mate.
i think i'm funny.i mean, i have a fun and whitty personality. i like to mix it up.i don't think i'm the "life of the party" but i try not to take things too seriously. just the things that need to be taken seriously. i'm not easily imbarrased. and i'm not afraid to talk to a stranger.in fact, i have friends that say i don;t know a stranger.
