Hello. These things don't leave room for the in-between things, the small nuances that make a woman or a man human and individual.
Shy or outgoing: I am outgoing among friends, a bit quiet when among strangers. The quiet may make me appear shy. I am not afraid of new people, but may be a bit reserved.
Drink or not drink? One or two, maybe three, depending on the drink, is the limit for me. And those are social drinks. One glass of ruby on the nights I can remember to have one, and that is for the 'woman health' of me. I don't 'do' alcoholics.
Party or not party: I meet with friends once or twice a week, and we talk of many things. I do have some really good and long lasting friendships. Always a safe harbour there, on both sides.

Moth upon my window frame
Wings beat in time to long moments slow
A wisp of movement, so nearly still
Like the inside of me, afraid to breathe.
What I thought was two was really four.
One move, one quickened beat and
I may shatter, scatter bits of me
Across this floor ‘til I am no more.
Stained glass window so very fine,
Silver lines dissecting images in jewel tone hues,
Like this heart of mine with lines running through,
A moment in time is all it takes for the whole to come undone.
Candle flame dancing in the dark
Diaphanous wings fluttering near
I watch shadows dance high on the wall and I wonder
Will the moth feel the pain of the candle burn?
If so, will the pain of death be less than that of life?
