I'm easy going and get along with most everyone I meet. I have the ability to make people laugh. I guess people just can't get upset with the court jester. What I'm looking for? Someone who's looking for me. I am a Christian although a struggling one at this time. My mom passed away unexpectedly two years ago sending my entire family into a tailspin (I have an older brother, younger sister, stepfather, four stepbrothers, and two stepsisters). It's a humbling thought to know that, although I turned away from God in hurt and anger, not once has He turned away from me and He continues to pursue me. I can't comprehend that type of love but I would like to learn. I heard a song once that spoke of God's "stubborn love" for His own. I do believe that.
As far as wanting kids; I think I would do well as a stepfather. I love kids, just never had any of my own. Have nieces and nephews but they're all grown and I don't see much of them anymore.
As for occupation; I'm disabled (notice I didn't say dead). I have a bad back. I had a back injury early in my teen years and if you believe in inheriting things from a genetic standpoint, both parents had back problems. So, I live on SSI disability. I won't get rich but I am surviving and make enough that I am able to be purchasing a house. Life goes on.
PS: Why is it so difficult to find a girlfriend in my own hometown? I know there has got to be more single women out there then I see here. All I can say is if using the internet to meet people makes you feel like someone who is desperate, GET OVER IT! Or, if you prefer, stay home every night by yourself, all alone, and continue to wallow in self pity because you can't find someone that longs for that lifelong companion when you have the technology right at your fingertips. You know the old saying; You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. C'mon; Loosen up and get in touch.
