I have a good sense of humor, love the Lord, love the outdoors, the mountains, and horses. I am honest, dependable, strong willed, self assured, confident, flexible, resilient, and a survivor. I'm not very big but I can stand up for myself if the need arises.
I am looking for a man who isn't threatened by my strength of character and self assurance. Someone who will love me for who I am, be interested in me and my life, won't try to change me, will admire me and my abilities, is motivated, ambitious, comfortable financially (meaning I don't have to support him), and is sure of himself without being arrogant, domineering, possessive and controlling. Someone who is gently strong, can stand up for himself, has great communication skills, can admit he's wrong and say he's sorry, is intelligent and will be there to protect me if I need it. In other words, no wimps but also no bullies and no controllers. Just someone who loves me enough to make it work. Someone who enjoys getting out and enjoying God's creation and is comfortable in small groups and around my friends. A non smoker is a must. A man who is confident in his relationship with Jesus and his salvation but doesn't feel like he has to be at church every time the door opens.
I like being home but enjoy some traveling with those I love. I'm not much for big cities and huge crowds of people but can tolerate it on a limited basis. I'm looking forward to going to Hawaii some day before I'm too old.
My heart is in western Montana and that is where I hope to retire. That is where I grew up and where most of my family is. I've led an interesting life thus far and look forward to the coming years with the anticipation that it will be yet another great chapter in my life.
