I am new on the coast and going through a divorce...when my ex husband to be signs the papers! Seriously!
I love wine tasting in Santa Ynez and have fallen in love with Los Olivos before the wine movie made the business explode here!
I love all outdoor sports (and indoor ones too!) and have dog-sledded in Banff, snorkeled through the Bahamas and bungy-corded in Oregon. I am an avid traveler and look forward to seeing much more of the world. There are so many things to see out there and I look forward to experiencing many more.
The person I want to be with must be educated...well groomed...have impeccable manners and well traveled. I love the finer things in life and am accustomed to a better than average lifestyle. No cheap shoes or watches! My momma always said you can tell a man by the watch he wears on his wrist and the shoes he wears on his feet...good motto to live by! HA! I am not a snob either!! I am a woman who knows what she wants and goes after it without stopping.
But.......If you can play the guitar and strum out and sing, "The Garden" by Van Morrison for me I don't care about your shoes or your watch I will be yours forever and ever. That is perhaps the best song ever written and my favorite.......I always wanted a guitar playing man who serenades me frequently! BIG POINTS!
I grew up in Santa Maria, but have been away in Phoenix, AZ for 11 years and I am so glad to be back. It is so gorgeous here...I am looking to connect with people....friends first and then we will see where our relationship takes us.
I love being in a relationship and in love...head over heels in love!  I dread dating again...but I think I even dread being single more! I have two small exquisite daughters whom I adore and everybody that meets them does too... so kids must be ok.
Romantic men are a huge thing for me...the more romantic the better. The more creative the better! I love flowers and gifts when it is not my birthday or Christmas. I loved to be surprised! Also this is a huge thing for me....remember when a relationship is just starting...the emails...the handwritten messages...the frequent calls...the cards....the in the middle of the night sex.....passionate kisses....showering together...well I am looking for that all through the relationship. I don't want a man to just wooooo me in the beginning I want it just as much in the beginning as in the middle and until the end...the very end when I am 120 years old. I promise you that I will do the same for you.
I am currently on summer break as I begin teaching at the local school district. I teach first grade....yeahhhhhh! If you can spend the day with 20 six year olds I think you can do just about anything!
