I just moved to Minneapolis from Pittsburgh (the best sports town anywhere !) and decided to do the online thing to meet new people.
Although my picture should be enough to make everyone want to meet me  , I guess I should tell a little about myself.
I am a very active person who likes a wide variety of things. I enjoy playing almost any sport or doing outdoor activities (hiking, camping, hunting, rafting, motorcycles, flying, skydiving, etc.). The more extreme, the better.
That side of me likes local taverns with beer and burgers.
But the "cleaner" side of me enjoys theaters, museums, fancy restaurants, wine tours and traveling.
Now the self-reflecting part - I am intellectual, have a witty sense of humor, and like to make people smile. Many would say I have a thick exterior, but for the few people that really know me, they know of my hopeless romantic soul. I am pretty traditional when it comes to chivalry, but can't stand when people think it is corny, take it for granted, or don't appreciate the small, subtle things.
Initially, I am just looking for someone to enjoy doing things with. Someone else who has a passion for being active and trying new things.
And maybe if I am lucky I will find that great match. For me it is a woman that is intelligent, independent and confident. But not so much that everything is a battle. She should have opinions and passions, but also be willing to let others lead the relationship sometimes. Someone that enjoys being taken care of, but gives back with the caring and compassion. I also think jealousy, insecurity and bitterness are unattractive.
The ultimate woman would be able to throw on a pair of jeans, tight t-shirt and put her hair in a pony-tail (making you want to role around in the hay with her) and go 4-wheeling. But then take a shower (hopefully with me) slip into a gorgeous dress (that makes you crave to kiss her neck all night) and head downtown for dinner and a play. All the while, smiling because she is having a blast.
