I was the tomboy type while I was growing up, so I like most things other girls don't. I'll bait my own hook & clean my own catch if ya take me fishin' ~wink~... I'm not anything close to perfect, and don't expect anybody else to be either... I have my share of flaws (every rose has its thorns), but considering they could be worse, I don't think they're that bad... b-cuz those flaws don't include lieing, cheating, or stealing (well except I'm planning a master plot to get my hands on that magic wand - HA).
I'm not a high-maintenance / arm-ornament / barbie-doll type (if you want a girl like her, try mail-order via matel)... I'm just a girl like any other girl... this girl just wants to have fun and enjoy life - hopefully with the right guy!!! I wish he'd hurry up & figure out I could be good for him.

I am hoping to find somebody that things might develop into something lasting (doesn't happen over night, but can happen if you're sincere & let mother nature take her course)... so if you're looking only for temporary fun, I'm not for you. You should also know that if I plan to devote the rest of my life to somebody, I believe your interest needs to be as strong, actions speak louder than words, so if your actions don't show me any real interest, then I lose interest real fast.

I'll open your beer for ya & be nice to your friends, if you don't complain about the house being a little messy & take me dancing or fishing once in a while, laugh & joke around & cuddle up at night. I might not be 20-something anymore, but I have one thing over on those younger girls... I'm not needy or clingy & I won't expect you to cater to me & I know how to make a man feel good... sometimes you make your own pleasure from doing nice things for somebody you care about.

The mortgage business is bad, so I'm back in school to obtain a nursing degree.

I have 27/son... 24/daughter... 22/son. My daughter has four kids... I've been a grammy since I was 37. I have seen people say "I put my kids first"... well, ya know what? I don't think it's about who's first or who's not... I think you can have many people in your life that you care about, and it's about prioritizing for who needs your attention at which moment... but at the end of the day I want to be cuddled up with my honey (whoever he may end up being).
I don't have a problem relocating as long as it's not more than a couple hours from the Lansing area (where my grandbabies are).
If you have kids, that's fine. Most kids seem to like me and I love kids. I substitute taught for years, and my kids would come home and tell me their friends said, "you have a cool mom." So, although mine are grown, it doesn't matter if yours aren't - I'm good for kids. I have a huge maternal instinct and it comes naturally for me to take care of them to promote their health & well being.
