Most people would describe me as passionate and bold. I love to have fun and believe happiness is a choice. I enjoy most anything, because anything can be fun if you make it that way. I love to dance and listen to live music. Love motorcycle rides. I also like sports. I love doing just about anything that involves family and friends, I am not a loner.
Family is the center of my life. I come from a large family. I love spending time with them, especially the kids. I expect my friends to treat my family with respect. I have three children, two living with me. They are great kids and the best thing in my life. We are close and I am a very "hands on" mom. However, they are old enough now that they do not need the time and attention I am used to giving them. I am entering the stage in life where my life is my own. I have the time and opportunity to be more than just a mom.
Honesty and respect are most important to me in a relationship. I want someone to have fun with, but that I can also confide in and trust. We should be able to share good times and do fun stuff but have someone to lean on in difficult times.
Although I believe in roles that are more traditional, I feel a woman should be self reliant, confident, and independent. Men and woman are different, and I like it that way. A man should be treated like a MAN and a woman like a LADY.
I prefer a man that is strong-willed and self-assured; is confident in himself and his decisions; knows what he wants and where he is going. He should be forward moving; has goals and works towards them, but should also slow down and enjoy the here and now. If you are homebody, quiet and shy, or embarrass easy, I am not the person for you. I work hard and play hard.
Appearance is somewhat important. I know I am no Barbie doll and do not expect to catch Ken. I do eat healthy and workout. There needs to be mutual attraction. A man should present himself well, dress with some sense of style, and most importantly, there is nothing sexier than a good smelling man. A woman should dress up for her man sometimes, and he should recognize her effort.
