She leaned into him a little as they strolled arm-in-arm down the beautiful tree lined street. They would stop occasionally at a window and peer into an interesting shop, and if their interest piqued, they would enter. Meandering around inside, following whatever object caught their eye, they would whisper softly to each other. Their lead would change, yet their touch never broken, they were unmistakably a couple. Whenever they felt unobserved, a kiss would find her cheek, and a warm smile always followed on her lips. Later, they could be observed at a sidewalk cafe, talking softly over coffee. A look of serene contentment mixed with a hint of passion as their eyes would twinkle during their quiet vocal exchange. Later still, they could be seen down at the beach, holding each other as they walked along in the soft sand, words not passing their lips, but still very much in communication. And as the sun began to set, they appeared at the far end, huddled together under a blanket, protected from the cold breeze by the warmth within, as the sun slowly disappeared below the horizon through the pastel hues of red, orange and purple…………
