Hi! Thanks for stopping in to say hello! I'm new to the idea of online dating, and to be honest, I'm a bit "technologically challenged", but I'm trying to learn.
My kids are all grown up (at least THEY think they are) and now I need to remember all those things I thought I'd do "someday". Since I can't leave on my cruise yet, maybe I can figure out something else to do in the meantime.
I LOVE music, almost any kind, but I tend to listen to country, and pop the most. I enjoy karaoke, and C&W dancing, but would be interested in new experiences if I can find someone to share them with. My friends and co-workers would probably describe me as outgoing and funny, but (contrary to popular belief) I CAN be quiet, and thoughtful at times.
I'd like to find some new friends, that can help me to stretch my horizons a bit, and explore what else might interest me. I am by nature a nurturer, but would like to try to be the "nurturee" now and then. I'm not a "high maintenence " type of person, and I'm really not out to impress anyone. I appreciate honesty, patience and compassion asd much as I dislike greedy, selfish, rude and impatient. I take great joy in simple pleasures, and I value the people that I call my friends.
