I read all the tips from dating sites on what to write on these and I still don't know what would be pertinent, I guess it depends on who's reading this. I'll write a little about me and then you can see how that fits in to what you're looking to find on this site.
I'm a self-made millionaire, have beautiful home on acres of land and am a stunning 38, 24, 36 ...
O.K. NOT! but again (had your attention didn't I???) I think I have a pretty good sense of humor (especially since only one of those things above is true) and like most people I love to laugh. I'm an avid people watcher and always preface my comments with "I know I'm going straight to hell!" That's my way of saying, "Lord please forgive me and all the starving pygmies in New Guinea." Yes, I'm a big Larry the Cable Guy fan. And Ron White. I'm a great debater as long as it's a topic that interests me. Topics that really DON'T interest me: sports and politics. No I'm not meant for the guy that can't miss a Huskers game or HAS to get in a round of golf every weekend or he'll just DIE!!!! (snicker) Other than that I'm pretty open. I'm an avid reader. Stephen King is still my all time favorite writer even if he's not as good since he got mowed down by the crazy lady.
I read a lot of true crime and like to watch the true crime shows on t.v. I'm a HUGE fan of Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer. My dogs and I watch him every chance we get then compare notes. They always let me know when Cesar's off his mark which is pretty much never. When I'm not reading, grooming or talking to my dogs about current events, I love to motorcycle ride, go boating, see movies, go out to dinner, or walk my dogs around the lake. I love the Old Market in summer and going to open air concerts around town. I am also a big homebody. I love my home and love being there and relaxing. I do like to go out and do fun things but by no means am I Miss GO GO GO. I've dated GO GO GO and it really makes me tired.  Curled up at home in front of the fire is nice too. Everything has it's time and place.
Enough about me. What am I looking for? Well I do like younger men I'll admit as long as they have their act together. I'd like to meet someone that knows relationships take time, energy and commitment. Someone who doesn't take the relationship for granted and has some good old fashioned values when it comes to how they treat women. I was raised by my grandparents so my views on how you treat a lady are VERY founded in their era, not ours. I'd like to meet someone who has some ideas and thoughts to share that are beyond sports, cars and/or their work. It's usually enough for us that you actually WORK. I'm more interested in how you treat me than how much you make. I'm a hopeless romantic and am looking for the man that actually knows what that means and what it involves. It's one thing to SAY that you are a romantic ... another to actually know what that all entails. Don't we all want the same things? I guess it all comes down to that "spark" in the end.
Oh and forgot to add, I'm a sucker for a GREAT smile. If you don't have a good set of your OWN natural chompers, might as well keep looking. (Can you tell this has been a problem in the past?) LOL!!
I'll just say, I'm open to chatting and seeing where it goes from there. No pressure, no hype.
