This is not some note of desperation, because I have plenty of friends and am the furthest thing from being introverted that you might find. I am NOT a ( fill in your age ) year old virgin, I DO have all of my hair, I DO have all of my teeth which are not, and will not, be tar and nicotine stained. I have a college education, I cook really well and I keep myself, as well as my things, very clean. Some would call me Metro-Sexual, and I can't disagree. I am a good looking guy and in good shape. NO, I am not Brad Pitt, but I doubt he will be here looking for a relationship anytime soon. I AM rather entertaining. I have done morning radio, stand up comedy and played guitar in bands in high school and college. I CAN'T tell you the chemical make up of iron, but I can read polysyllabic words without stumbling. I AM honest, brutally honest, not only with others, but with myself as well. I AM a contradiction in terms, for I am a procrastinator, yet when I do something it has to be done correctly. I DON'T make plans that I don't intend on following through with. If one can't follow through, then at least have the common decency to let the person with whom you made the plans know you won't be able to make it, preferably not two minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time. I DO have my own faults and I WILL admit to them, yet I won't advertise them here. I DO realize that I am NOT perfect, but I am not looking for perfect either. I am NOT jealous. I like people to have their own time and their own lives. I LOVE music, REAL MUSIC! Not some, "Yo, gonna smack dat b*tch." crap. I mean music with instruments. Not sampled or stolen from a real musician. No computer generated techno drivel. But something with a guitar or a piano, with lyrics that tell a story and a singer that does exactly that; sing. Not some guy with baggy jeans and a sideways turned baseball cap shouting nursery rhymes. Something with SOUL, something with PASSION. So now comes the 20 thousand dollar question........Why am I here?........... I can see by skimming through some of these ads that there are plenty of hustlers, wanna be's, beggars, choosers, losers, and socially inept people spewing forth their concocted stories while pleading for a "snuggle-buddy, or for someone in which they can perform oral upon for implied reciprocation. They may be fine for some, but not me....................I work in an office of ONE! Therefore I don't have opportunities to meet many people. That is my biggest problem. SO I decided to expand my world of possibilities a bit and jot some crap down and post it and see what my happen..........Here's hoping for the best. I DON'T hang glide, I DON'T take long walks on the beach ( it's a hell of a long walk just to get there. ) I DON'T have a stock portfolio that would make Warren Buffet jealous. I am what I am, a down to earth guy that respects women, police and his elders. I still open doors for little old ladies, and sometimes big young ladies. I respect others and try to appreciate them for who they are.................For the THREE of you who have for some reason continued reading to this point, here are some of the things that I am looking for: I am looking for someone to compliment my personality, not dictate it. I don't want someone that needs to be up my a** 24/7. You don't have to be off of the cover of a magazine, but you should be concerned with your health and diet, and enough pride to take care of yourself. I am looking for someone that is SENSUAL rather than sexual. Somebody that can kiss because they enjoy the act of kissing and the passion it brings, not because it is a required first step in the fornication process. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy sex, but there is much more to it than just the in-and-out thing. I prefer a "7" with minimal make-up over a "10" that is plastic. Someone that isn't afraid to put a ball cap on and go to the grocery store. NO SMOKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NONE! Someone with a job and friends, and isn't afraid to try something new. When it comes to make-up, less is more. Somebody who enjoys learning something new every day, and after learning it, wants to share it with others.
