ME : Down-to-Earth, educated and Fun guy seeking a relationship that, has the potential to grow into a permanent loving, supportive, and equal relationship. I'm told I'm lots of fun, interesting, quite humorous, easy going, energetic and low maintenance. I love wit, humor and playful bantering, and have been known to make a grocery store trip a "real trip"... But, there is a serious and responsible side to me that comes out at the appropriate time, too. Please note, my photos are not old and stale.
I am a good communicator and listener. I'm honest, sincere, expressive, feeling and a loyal friend and lover. High ethics, integrity, honesty, generosity, kindness, stability and reliability are important qualities for me. And, I'm not a wimp. I love outside activities and yet can be a solid homebody, but, not a couch potato. I can fix practically anything that breaks in a house or car. I'm fairly neat and clean but tend to clutter (oh my God!). I do much better with a neat woman in my life. I tend to be more organized and put things away in respect to her preferences.
During the warm days I can have great fun on a bicycle ride, exploring back roads or Virginia Mountains in a car, watching the stars at night, hiking in the woods or bargain hunting at an antique shop or garage sale. I have even gardened; the weeds did very well. In the winter, pursuing a good restaurant, seeing an inspiring or thought provoking movie or live play, visiting an art or antiquities museum, listening to live musical or visit to the library is enjoyable. Or, we could put a log on the fireplace and talk about our dreams all evening or just talk and appreciate the time together. And, I want a companion to travel the World. I'm a student pilot & started flying my 1st plane March 2005. We can literally fly away together...
Physically, I have excellent health, I'm trim, strong and mid-60's. I have no gut or fat, 5' 6" and fairly active, definitely not a couch potato. But, I'm not a jock, either. But, my family, on both sides, were/are healthy and long lived. To the best of my knowledge, they didn't have any health "time bombs" lurking around. "Augh! Ouch! Aaah! Ouch! What's that pain?"........ Just kidding.
