New to this, so I will give it my best shot! My best qualities would be that I am loyal, honest and faithful to my people. If someone has a need and I can be of help, I am on my way! My immediate family consists of 2 grown daughters and 6 grandkids. One of my grandchildren I am raising as my own and have been since he was an infant. He is 12 now. We have a Golden Retriever and a Doberman pup that is 4 months old. My boy has 2 cats but I don't claim those! I'm a dog person! We live in an old log house out in the country on 3 acres. Nothing fancy, just simple country living. I prefer the country as opposed to city life. I like anything that has to do with the outdoors such as hunting, fishing, camping, gardening and cutting grass. I am not a stranger to picking up the chainsaw and cutting my own wood for the fireplace or a campfire that I enjoy making in my outdoor fire pit. The kids will come out and we will cookout and roast marshmallows throughout the summer. I love the woods and exploring new places. I'm a tomboy kind of girl and did these kinds of things in my younger years and they have stuck with me all of my life.
I guess I am looking for someone special just like everyone else is or I wouldn't be on this site. I have had love in my life and now I am hoping to find THE love of my life! I have made many mistakes in the past but have learned from them and now ready to move on. He would love the outdoors as I do and know the true value of a good relationship. He would know by now that it is something that you have to work at to see it continually grow. Someone that is willing to pluck out the weeds as they pop up and keep on going! I certainly am not looking for Mr. Beautiful but someone that is attractive to me and I to him. I have always been attracted to men that are a little on the rugged side, but am open to whatever God has in store for me and I am content to wait on him. I do have some back problems from the manly work that I have done and still do in life so I am not a candidate for hanging from a chandelier or anything like that! lol! You see, I DO have a sense of humor because truthfully, I don't let my aches and pains keep me from doing anything that I really want to do.
I'm not perfect nor did God create me to be one of the beauties that most men tend to desire. I am just an average looking woman with a good heart. So, if you are looking for the prettiest charm to wear on your arm, I may not be it for you! I prefer jeans but clean up pretty good when I need to. I guess by todays standards I am considered a low maintenance woman! I am creative and have learned over the years how to make do with what I have and not worry about what I don't. Money is important to me only in the sense that we need it to live.
