As the top line says, my mom always told me "If you want a good relationship, a good marriage and an overall good life, make sure you're friends with the girl first." Pretty wise advice that, in all honesty, I didn't listen to. I kinda learned the hard way that Mom just has a weird was of being right almost all the time lol. I'm proud of how I was raised and the good things I've learned. You pull you chairs and hold doors and always treat a lady like a lady, and what's more, you find a lady who knows HOW to be treated like a lady. I think it's always refreshing when a girl knows what chivalry is and not only that but also likes it. Being able to be a modern day knight in shining armor and a hero to a girl makes a guy feel utterly fantastic.
I love gaming (not gambling). I'm a video game artist / designer and have a degree in Video Game Art and Design from the California Institute of Art @ San Francisco. I've taken classes at crazy prices specifically to learn what's fun for a gamer and I love to try to create stuff with my fellow designers that's a total blast to play. I'm currently a task leader for a start-up game company and we're trying to get funding for our first big video game that will break amazing new ground in the market of online gaming.
What's more, I love introducing girls to the world I'm so avidly a part of. In a market dominated by men, in most cases (although it's changing) most girls are scared away from gaming due to a lot of stigmas supported by rumors and sometimes outright lies. I love opening eyes to the simple fact that games are a total blast and are not just for guys, but that they offer tons to women young and old alike.
