I am a Romantic, I believe all things happen for a purpose.
I am spontaneous, stop cooking, watch the sunset. I love the mountains, oceans, museums, birds, dogs, cats, horses, wildlife, butterflies and people in general. I like small gatherings friends and family. Large parties can be fun occasionally if you know most of the people there. Staying at home and work in the yard or watch a movie. I like casual, jeans, shorts, sun dresses. I am a previously professional lady, now adapting to a very casual life style. I have returned to my roots and love the country life. I do like to dance. You know, great things happen when you're dancing. It is not so much where we go, but who we are with. Many things are fun when you are with the one you want to be with.
I do have two cats and two 14 pound dogs, the man I seek must like animals. Mine do live with me, yes in the house. They are spoiled!
Meeting in person is the only way to figure us out. Many factors are involved, personality, the ever elusive chemistry. In addition to these, we must really like each other for a real relationship to emerge. My pictures are current. I will want a current picture of you. I am creative in interior design and decorating, when I say I am remodeling my home, I am doing as much of the work as I am big enough to do. It is a total remodeling, with walls moved and cabinets replaced. I have been working on it about 3 years and it is about 90% complete. I do my own yard, only occasionally have to call on help, however I have great neighbors that seem to know when they might help me with something. I design and sew my window treatments, upholstery my breakfast and dining room chairs, placemats, napkins and window treatments in these rooms match. Just so you know I am not a couch potato, even though I do not go all the time.

My life: I was born on Signal Mountain, TN, grew up in Chattanooga, Moved to Dallas,TX after high school, attended college there, married a Texas boy in 1968, we had two boys. I obtained my TX Real Estate Brokers License in 1980, enjoyed a long career and returned to TN 12/18/2003. I have an active license in TX. I am an Antique Dealer, I sell PrePaidLegal and I D Theft Protection. These can go away, or locations can be changed. I am currently licensed in TN and TX.
I love God, America and I am proud to be in this great land, even if we do have problems. Your political views are important to me. We do not have to agree on every item, but like religion, it is easier if we have some basic things to agree.
