I suppose that I could have started my little introduction off by saying that “ Being the victim of a botched sex change operation I have nothing left to offer to a woman”; however, for the time being I will just let it be known that I have a great sense of humor.
That being said; I am widower, 63 years of age, height is 6'1", weight is 202 pounds, color of my eyes is hazel, hair color is salt and pepper, and if you would like a picture of me, just ask for it!
My educational background is somewhat impressive, for my highest earned degree is a PhD in Taxation, and I hold 9 professional certifications (tax and bankruptcy specialist) and I have earned 3 Certificates in Advanced Studies (Harvard Law Program of Instruction for Lawyers – Taxation and Negotiation).
The sad news is that all my degrees and certifications don’t get me a discount when I buy coffee at Starbucks!
I have a roommate, his name is Stewart; Stewart is a 3 year old Cairn Terrier.
We live in New Hampton (Lake Winnipesaukee area); our home sits on a mountain top overlooking two (2) lakes and seven (7) mountain ranges. New Hampton is about 96 miles from Boston; driving time is about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Outdoor activities I enjoy include (but are not limited to) golf, fly fishing, hiking, kayaking, and walking the beach!
I enjoy staying at Grand Hotels, love dancing, fine dining, the theatre, opera, listening to classical music and music from the 50s and the 60s, reading a good book, candlelight dinners, black tie affairs, eating at diners as well as elegant restaurant, dancing, and being with people are just some of the indoor activities I enjoy doing.
I am very romantic; I consider a relationship to be a privilege not a right and I am not into playing head games with anyone I am involved in a relationship with.
During these past 17 years I have spent most of my free time taking care of my grandmother, my dad and my wife; all are now deceased.
I am still in private practice as a tax and tax-bankruptcy specialist and there are no immediate plans of retirement in my future, for I enjoy my work (most of the time), and it is important to me that I keep my mind as active as possible while I still can.
When my wife was alive she was a very beautiful, witty, smart, kind and loving person who had a great personality and a great sense of humor. She loved animals and was a true friend to me. I am looking to share the rest of my life with a woman who has characteristics that are similar to those that my wife had while she was alive.
My partner must be as comfortable in a pair of jeans as she is in a long black evening dress, for my profession requires me to attend several black tie affairs a year, and I would not enjoy attending the affairs without my partner. She should be spontaneous, not moody, able to openly share her feelings with me, and she must be: my best friend, be trustworthy, be honest, be loving, be romantic, affectionate and must enjoy sex.
