Laughing and loving one another is the best way to describe the kind of home I want to build with the man of my dreams. Although I have yet to meet him, I know he is out there. Someone who is well-educated, hard-working, financially secure, Christian, family oriented, reasonably tall and attractive are the qualities I look for in a man. He should also be between the ages of 29 and 35. The final quality I look for is the ability to lead a relationship and make decisions.
When describing myself, the two words that come to mind are shy and sweet. I come across as being vulnerable and naïve. Woe to the person who underestimates my perceptiveness and intellect. I can usually tell, within a couple a meetings, whether a person is genuine or not. I’m looking for the real deal, not a fake.
Church, family and work are my life. I teach 2nd grade in a western suburb of Atlanta and own a townhouse. The love of my life is a cat named Peaches. He is four years old and very naughty. However, he is a lot of company when you are all alone which is why I keep him around. My family lives in Indiana. I have my mom and dad, two sisters, a brother-in-law, and three nephews who all live under the same roof. My nephews are my babies. Brennan is four, Bryce is two, and Braxton is eleven months. I also have a niece on the way. My attempts to kidnap Bryce have always failed (probably because I would and will never try it). Bryce is the one child on this planet with whom I share the greatest bond. Since I am referred to as the “Kid Magnet” most people are surprised that I only have one favorite. I am looking for someone who shares my love for children and family.
Although I tend to be a homebody, I do enjoy going out for a night on the town. A typical first date for me is going to dinner in a nice restaurant, seeing a movie or play, or just taking a nice stroll in the park or mall. I also enjoy taking or accompanying dates to church social and functions. Group dating for home dinner parties and game nights is another type of date I adore. I don’t expect anything lavish or expensive and I am always willing to pay my own way if necessary. I’m a little old fashion; I do like for a man to open doors, hold chairs, and ask blessings for meals.
