About me-hmm. Let me just start out with complete honesty and see where it takes me. At this point in my life I have done most of the "let's get crazy stuff and see what happens". Although, I don't regret many of my choices, I have come to a junction where I would prefer a permanent partner to continue on with in my/his adventures. I have been accused of not growing up and getting serious about what most people pass off as"how life is". I have always taken care of my personal responsibilities but have usually taken the path less traveled. You might say,"marching to my own drummer" but always open to including family and friends. I am a product of the sixties and would love to bring it all back but knowing that is impossible, the next step would be to find someone whom could take the "love fest" attitude and apply it to our relationship (an adventuresome soul with humor and a zest for life). I have traveled and lived out of the country and see the world as a learning experience. I am very receptive to people and their different lifestyles and opinions. We need to embrace each other's differences. I have roamed in the mountains and forests, sailed the seas, opened my ears to the many styles of music and dance and long to share all the wonderful feelings I have absorbed. My prince doesn't have to be tall and handsome but fit and funny would be great! I tend to eat healthy, including an abundance of weird raw green stuff you might find on the beach! I fit yoga, hiking, weights and kayaking into the week along with working with children. I don't want to sound like an over-the-top tree hugging liberal that doesn't know how to drink and be merry, to the contrary. I have spent many a night in discussions and friendly arguments over a good bottle of wine with my friends or strangers. And I enjoy nothing better that a Sunday champagne brunch with my love out on the deck under the trees still in or out of our jammies. Time becomes suspended. Isn't it fabulous when the whole world is just the two of you? I am crazy about children and animals and will fight for any cause that insures their life is fair and just. I live with my cousin and helped her raise her wonderful daughter from day one of her life. She is now in college and remains one of my best friends. I long for a relationship where two people can truly communicate whether it is sharing ideas or working out differences. This rarely happens. Although, most of us think we are good communicators, being truly honest is difficult. If any of the above goings on interest you, please feel free to answer and we could take the next step.
