Hi Guys and thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. Since this seems to be of utmost importance I want to get this said right off. I have been married but am now divorced. I don't mind being alone but being lonely is not much fun. And, I smoke cigarettes and tried to quit once...was on vacation with the grandkids, yikes(!) and wasn't successful. I live alone with my dogs and a huge cage of paired parakeets. I've stayed in the same area of Southern Idaho for the last 39 years because I wasn't brave enough to move when I was a kid and now I'm just too darn old. I've raised my family and they now have their own lives and have provided me with the wonderment of grandkids. I can cook (not a gourmet), sew, do small projects that take a tape measure, hammer or circular saw (I'm real partial to my hammer...it can fix anything). I enjoy working in the garden and can pull weeds with a vengeance, I like to go fishing and love camping. Also, when required, I can put on a little black dress and be your arm candy and behave myself. However, I'm most comfortable in jeans and ball cap. Going on a motorcycle ride is great on a hot summer day and hope to meet someone who also loves to ride. I'm not a real good winter person unless you'd just like to sit in front of the fire and watch the sparks dance. I consider myself to be a low maintenance woman who gives space when necessary. I'm trustworthy, honest and don't cheat!
I would like to meet a gentleman; from the 'old school'. A man who shares his day, good and bad, someone who is comfortable with giving space without suspicion and above all, honest. A man who is family oriented, loves to laugh, someone who can lay on his back in the grass and "see" images form in the clouds, someone who will stand by my side not in front of me.
We all come with baggage but please don't share it with me right off...just wait, everything that is necessary will work it's way out soon enough.
A pet peeve of mine is a man who brags about what he's had, yet, has nothing today. If the ex got it; good for her; I’ve never walked away with anything that I didn’t go into it with.
