I'm in search of a lady who is laid back and wants someone to chat with. I like camping, automobiles, the outdoors, a nice movie on the couch and good food. (I make decent food on occasion) The girl I meet would need to know how to relax and have a good time. She would need to have a decent vocabulary and an open mind. And a woman who can be adventurous at least part of the time would be important.
I'm a morning/day person, I enjoy evening get togethers and the occasional party but honestly I'm usually pretty sore and tired come evening and just want to sit and relax.
I am attracted to intelligent people who have a tendency to be a little weird. Not that I'm looking for a psycho mind you but you'd have to be a little crazy to like being around me. If you get embarrassed easily you had better turn and run because I don't mind making an a** out of myself if it makes others smile.
I'm a cross between a Goth, a Hippie, and a Businessman. Imagine if you will a tie dyes, a few piercings, tattoo, black make up and painted nails, on a guy who can make money doing just about anything. (yeah it's hard I know) Well, separate them because I don't generally mix them up too much. I'm a jack of all trades and can fix almost anything. I had jobs in mostly mechanical fields but have had health problems and now plan to attempt a business in HTML which I'm pretty good at manipulating.
I have a cat that has been my best buddy for 11 years now, luckily he still lets me live with him. Needless to say it's important that you can deal with a cat. He's laid back and sleeps most of the time but he has a marvelous personality when he feels like dealing with people.
I am an amateur photographer/videographer and also enjoy most forms of art including but not limited to poetry, theater, music, painting, writing, sculpting and metal work. Admittedly I haven't written in a while nor have I had an opportunity to act for a moment but I'm always making peoples ears bleed as I try to sing. And my vehicles (often of original design) have definitely turned heads.
I find myself at home amongst books and laid back people. I worship no god and have my own beliefs on the world. Something that I would be more than happy to share with an eager listener. An eccentric fellow considered a mystic by some who enjoys looking at life in a most unique way. Not a vampire but possibly a dark wizard, I have long hair and piercing blue eyes. (That is when I'm not wearing wolf eye contacts or something strange) I usually sport a mustache and goatee but often grow out a beard for winter warmth.
I'm respected in my community even though viewed as somewhat of an oddity. I was the kind of guy growing up who intimidated my peers (because I was so abnormal) but, was also the one who would stop to help an elderly woman take out her trash. I also tend to get along well with the elderly. (don't ask me why cause I don't know)
I have a very sarcastic sense of humor and do "pick" on my friends. If I don't give you a hard time about something at least every once in a while there must be something wrong with me. My tastes are really too broad to list or even touch on here but maybe you would like to get to know me better and find out more for yourself.
I'm a dad but it's complicated. My son came from a marriage that is now ending. He was never legally mine and now that we are getting divorced she is passively doing her best to distance him from me. I still have every desire to be a guiding force in his life and will be keeping him from time to time so it's important to realize that while I'm not really interested in having any kids and don't have one living with me I do have that fatherly role that I play.
Also sorry to exclude any of you but no skinny ladies please. Y'all just look sickly to me. I much prefer someone with a few curves.(that aren't just bones sticking out)
