Well...I am originally a northerner, but I think I have always been a southern girl at heart. I have lived in NC for almost 2 years now and have loved every minute of it. I moved down here to teach high school math and truly believe that I have the greatest job in the entire world (even if I didn't have summers off!) I am a very goal oriented person and would love a man who is the same way. I want to be with someone who loves to spend time together, but also needs time away with their friends. We all need our own time and space sometimes.
My family is very important to me even if they do live 600 miles away and I would hope that my partner would also value family as much. They are the only ones who are truly there for you all the time (even when you are being completely unreasonable, which none of us ever do )
My religion is also very important to me. I try to be a strong Christian. I stopped going to church while I was in college and recently have been trying to get back. I am currently searching for a church to attend regularly. I don't consider myself any denomination currently. I believe that denomination is just a title, it is the belief behind it that really matters.
I recently picked up running as a hobby and just started running 5ks. I would love to be able to run a half marathon someday, but I'm not sure my body was made for long distance running.
Overall I am just looking for someone to have fun with! Hopefully there could be a connection and a relationship could build, but everyone needs a few good friends too!
