I am a single mom of a lot of children. I have adopted my children and they are what keep me alive and well today. This past year, possibly due to the stress of my divorce and not taking very good care of myself, I had a tumor on my tonsil that was cancer. I was diagnosed with lymphoma (non hodgkins) and under went chemotherapy. Feb. 5 2008 was a great day for me, as I was diagnosed cancer free. I am now officially a cancer survivor.
I have learned many great lessons this past year. One of the greatest is that I stood up against death and won. I never knew I was that strong. I have also learned that I need to take care of me and my health is top priority. Things that I do to help myself are to laugh a lot, not take life so seriously, not play games and be completely real, hot tub a few nights a week to totally get back into balance with myself and when things are good say so and when things are not so good say so.
I am pleasant, happy, good sense of humor, smart, silly, playful, serious, focused, unorganized (with some things), creative, thoughtful, intrigued, honorable, loyal, hard working, don't give up until 'fat lady sings', loving, caring, nurturing, great cook, personable, social, cute, athletic, competitive (in some sporting arenas), team player, tender, soft, cuddly, investigative, and not afraid of anything.
I am not sure what I am looking for at this point in a relationship. This internet dating is new to me.
