Since my husband died a few years ago, I purchased a motorhome and began traveling around the country. I had good and bad experiences, but love the freedom. This may sound strange to a lot of people, but seeing this country has been great, but can be lonely at times. Right now I have settled down for a while. I like establishing new friends all over, but I also have the same friends for over 30 years. I never thought I would be dating again and it is so much harder at this age. I had a good man and I am hoping there is another one out there, but if not, I am happy living alone. My favorite thing is trying out new restaurants.
I have to confess that I am a true animal lover. I have two cats now, but I love all animals. What kind of man am I looking for, well, I love a man with integrity, a good sense of humor and not afraid of trying new things. If you are a jealous person don't even bother to contact me. I am in no way jealous, possessive or controlling and I expect the same from a mate.
I hope that distance will not be a deterrent in making a connection. Where there is a will, there is a way. I enjoy going to flea markets, antique shops and garage sales. I make my own jewelry and love creating new pieces. I especially love being around water, lakes or beaches. I am ready to have some fun and laugh again.
