Hi, my name is Matthew and I live in Castalian Springs, TN (Gallatin area) I don't know how to describe myself very well. I'm some what shy person when it comes to dating or what not but the type of work I do is a very much public (people) job that requires me to deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis...so I guess I'm not really that shy in the big picture. I don't really have any friends outside of work so I honestly don't party or find myself in bars or other public meeting places that much. I'm laid back and easy going for the most part and enjoy long conversations about anything or nothing that passes the time. I love to learn new things and meet new people and learn stuff from them. I do a lot of reading and research online about everything...I hear something on TV or at work and I find myself spending hours just researching that subject if it interests me. That is why I'm so highly entertained by shows such as Modern Marvels on the History Channel...yea I know, I sound like a boring nerd freak...maybe I am? Oh well...I also do enjoy doing things out doors when given the opportunity...shooting guns, fishing, riding ATVs, or just sitting on the back porch on a warm summer evening watching the sun go down. Sometimes with my laptop computer in my lap if I'm being a nerd that day. LOL
I work as a Correctional Officer for my local county Sheriff's Office and I really enjoy the job and the excitement of law enforcement...I may seek becoming a road deputy or cop some day...only time will tell. I really love watching movies and good TV shows...when the time is available I don't mind playing fun video games of different types but lately haven't been interested in them for whatever reason and lack of time for them I guess.
I love computers and technology and can be a very helpful friend to have around if you have computer issues. LOL
