OK, here's the deal. I'm a boring ol' single mom (with pets) looking for a decent, average guy (Yes, one of the dreaded good guys). I'm you're basic "Golden Retriever": loyal, faithful, and honest. I am a very supportive and accepting person. I have old fashioned values, and am not looking for anything casual. I hope to find a long term relationship, just not right off the bat. I treat others with respect and expect the same. I am currently working a full time and part time job, working on my masters, job hunting and working on my house whenever I can, so please don't waste my time if you are not real interested. I will absolutely make time for the right guy, but I respectfully ask not to be strung along if you're not looking for the "real deal" or are only mildly interested in me if the other 6 women you are emailing don't work out. I do have a couple dealbreakers: game players, smoking, drug use, alcohol to excess, no goals/ambition, inconsiderate to anyone or anything. I'm just looking for someone similar to me: honest, hard working, health conscious, funny, intelligent (and yes, I know that doesn't have to mean degreed), just a decent person all around.
I am a very relaxed person by nature, but very driven as far as work or a project goes. I work two jobs and am finishing my Master's, so hobbies are non existant right now, unless you count trying to date. I'm more of a homebody than anything else, but do like to go out, just not by myself. I do like to go to the gym, (that's how I took off the first 30 pounds I lost this year), take the kids fun places, travel, etc.
For music, I like most, but classic rock is my favorite genre, and am loving Nickleback right now. Bonnie Raitt is another favorite. I'd love to learn how to dance pretty much any style.
