Don't you just love those Saturday nights when you order in a great pizza, open up a wonderful bottle of wine, grab a movie rental, pick out the most comfortable cozy blanket and lay on the couch, legs wrapped around each other and just relax in each others arms? Boy...do I miss those evenings. You know that feeling of anticipation you get when you are about to see someone that you can't wait to touch? You know the butterflies you get in your stomach when you answer the phone and hear their voice? You know that sensual smile that crosses your lips when you know the guests are about to leave your dinner party? The feeling you get when you come down the escalator and the special someone is there waiting for you after a long business trip?
I want those feelings again. Please help me experience them...
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
