I am an easy-going, generally happy and positive individual who loves to sing and leads a busy life. My husband of 40 years recently died of cancer, and I find myself needing to begin a new life on my own. Although I have more than enough to "do", I would like to have someone to just spend some time with occasionally, whether it be shopping, dining, dancing, or just walking. It's too soon for me to know what I want in the future, but I don't think I want to be alone. I am a conservative, somewhat old-fashioned person, although I am well-educated and independent woman as well. Although I am retired now, I am working again part-time at the same company where I have worked for 28 years. My passion in life is singing, and I also write gospel songs. But I also love to dance, draw, write, do crafts, and so much more. I'm a very organized person, and keep a clean and orderly home, and I love to decorate. I am honest, hard-working, giving and caring person, and am a Christian, and would expect anyone I associate with to be the same. An affair is definitely not what I'm looking for; right now I would like companionship, which could possibly lead to something more in the future.
