HI,
I am not sure about this on line thing. I am basically just looking for new friends. I was married for 17 years and that ended Sept. 07. I have a 15 year old son. My "home" and heart are in Virginia but my body is in Georgia right now.
I work in law enforcement and have been very hesitant to sign up for anything like this because I would rather not be recognized by any of my work "clientèle" but I decided there's nothing wrong with meeting new people on line. So here I am.
I enjoy camping, the mountains, the river, white water rafting, watching my son bull ride, animals (especially dogs), movies, and plays. I love season changes and my favorite time of year is fall, by far.
I would also like to meet new women friends, especially single ones. I have married friends but they don't really want to hang out & catch a movie or go anywhere without the family, which is fine but it would be nice to hang out with others that are single too.
As you can see, I am currently over weight but am working on it. I have joined a gym and am seeing a nutritionist. I have lost about 16 lbs since the pic was taken but I'm not going to take another one until I lose more weight. I was small my whole life and between child birth, surgery, smoking cessation, and age, my metabolism gave up on me but I am working on getting it back. If you can get past that, you will find a honest, responsible, loyal, sometimes funny - sometimes serious. witty, sometimes shy, self defined woman who has gained her confidence back and is ready to open up her heart again...totally.
