I'm 28 years old, just moved to Mooresville at the beginning of February, and I'd love to meet new people and find interesting things to do and places to go. I tend to be fairly quiet around new people initially, but I open up easily once I've gotten to know someone.
I'm a high school teacher and children's gymnastics coach, never married, no kids, one cat. I have terrible taste in movies. I can't dance to save my life, and I failed scissors in kindergarten. I do have plenty of thoroughly useless talents though! I'm a big college sports fan, especially football and basketball. I wouldn't say that my job is always terrific (what job is?!), but I do really love teaching. If nothing else, it's always interesting, at least.
Things I like: sleeping late, summer, classic/alternative rock, good books, almost any food with ketchup, stupid movies, college basketball and football, coffee, fruity alcoholic drinks (especially anything blue for some reason), skiing, the beach, and good hot wings.
Things I dislike: Mondays, early mornings, snakes, NASCAR, rainy days, cigarette smoke, mushrooms, and those little smiley icons that keep hopping up and down on the side of the computer screen.
I'm easygoing and easily amused - I'd like to meet someone who could be a friend first, and then potentially something more.
