I say what is on my mind and really don't care who I piss off. Conversational ability is a must, and not the latest reality TV crap. In fact, the less that is known about TV, the better. I'm a huge baseball fan and try and see games as often as possible.

Every night doesn't need to be a party, but getting out is always a good thing. Appreciate the outdoors and the simpler things of life. If you're "high-maintenance", don't bother. Medium maintenance is ok tho.
