NOTE: This was written for a local blogsite I am on in OKC. Over a year ago a local news station ran a story on "Atheist, Living in the Shadows". It included interviews with atheists who were verbally threatened and had their property vandalized. Also their kids harrassed at school. I started a blog on it and found where many Christians denied this could happen...but it did, and it does.

In my blog some Christians responded with things like, "if you have no god you can have no moral compass" and "this is a Christian nation so atheist are not welcome"...and later on the idea that ALL Muslims are terrorists. One poster saw my blogs representig my org against teen alcohol use and I was to meet with a state senator to discuss it when the blogger called ahead of me and "outed" me as an atheist...warning her about me. The senator asked the person to come meet with us but refused. I still met with the senator but did feel discriminated against.

Well, I like to fight for my rights so here: Let them be exposed those extremists who are part of a "devine" quest to continue wars and discriminate without realizing how un-American they are acting.

Disclaimer: This is NOT about the humble persons of faith. When I say “Christian” in this article, regard that I am talking about their extremists only. I realize that not all Christians supported the Dippic just as I know that not all Christians consider all Muslims as terrorist. It’s up to YOU to decide where you fall in this discussion.

~~~
Not sure the below report is being covered in the local media, well especially not as I see it anyway. Some time ago I wrote on a few threads about our intentions in the Middle East as being perceived as a “Christian crusade” against Islam, or at least about the perceptions of the Muslim world of our intentions in invading their countries. It drew a few eye-rolling responses and was met with skepticisms and denials so I left it alone…until now since something just came to light.
As we all know most wars were/are fought over religious differences…in WWII Hitler used Christianity to get the backing to wage war and to justify the Holocaust. 76% of all wars in human history were/are faith based and it’s estimated that 850 million people have been murdered in the name of religion, even more tortured or at least and as we still see today, discriminated against.
~~~

After 9-11 the Dippic called the “war on terror” a “Crusade”, and then repeated that in campaign leaflets before the 2004 election. The Dippic enjoyed the support of Christians to get installed into office…twice. I also posted threads about the Air Force Academy requiring recruits to profess their Christianity and have given many examples of our troops being encouraged to “spread the word” (of Christianity) in the Middle East. Bibles were translated and distributed there and I recently read that for every Muslim youth that converts are given $1000 cash. Add the Christian missionaries and it’s very clear what has been going on. If anything, out of this I hope that in the future Christians vote for humanitarian reasons over their Crusadist agendas.

Blackwater and their Founder Accused in Murders

http://www.thenation.com/doc/20090817/scahill

"A former Blackwater employee and an ex-US Marine who has worked as a security operative for the company have made a series of explosive allegations in sworn statements filed on August 3 in federal court in Virginia. The two men claim that the company's owner, Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince "views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe," and that Prince's companies "encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life."

In their testimony, both men also allege that Blackwater was smuggling weapons into Iraq. One of the men alleges that Prince turned a profit by transporting "illegal" or "unlawful" weapons into the country on Prince's private planes. They also charge that Prince and other Blackwater executives destroyed incriminating videos, emails and other documents and have intentionally deceived the US State Department and other federal agencies. The identities of the two individuals were sealed out of concerns for their safety.

These allegations, and a series of other charges, are contained in sworn affidavits, given under penalty of perjury, filed late at night on August 3 in the Eastern District of Virginia as part of a seventy-page motion by lawyers for Iraqi civilians suing Blackwater for alleged war crimes and other misconduct. Susan Burke, a private attorney working in conjunction with the Center for Constitutional Rights, is suing Blackwater in five separate civil cases filed in the Washington, DC, area. They were recently consolidated before Judge T.S. Ellis III of the Eastern District of Virginia for pretrial motions. Burke filed the August 3 motion in response to Blackwater's motion to dismiss the case. Blackwater asserts that Prince and the company are innocent of any wrongdoing and that they were professionally performing their duties on behalf of their employer, the US State Department.

The former employee, identified in the court documents as "John Doe #2," is a former member of Blackwater's management team, according to a source close to the case. Doe #2 alleges in a sworn declaration that, based on information provided to him by former colleagues, "it appears that Mr. Prince and his employees murdered, or had murdered, one or more persons who have provided information, or who were planning to provide information, to the federal authorities about the ongoing criminal conduct." John Doe #2 says he worked at Blackwater for four years; his identity is concealed in the sworn declaration because he "fear[s] violence against me in retaliation for submitting this Declaration." He also alleges, "On several occasions after my departure from Mr. Prince's employ, Mr. Prince's management has personally threatened me with death and violence."

About Blackwater:

“It’s headed by a very rightwing Christian activist, ex-Navy Seal named Erik Prince, whose family was one of the major bankrollers of the Republican Revolution of the 1990s. He, himself, is a significant funder of President Bush and his allies.”

Prince and Blackwater didnt seek, endorse or subscribe to this assertion.I know something about the organization personally.You can read anything you want on blogs...Blackwater is somewhat secretive and neccessarily so...it is not a Christian Taliban or particularly religious operation..this is all nonsense.

You dismiss this even before public testimonies begin? I guess you take this personally for a reason then.

We'll see (I hope)....

I really don't think our Army should try to spread Christianity, they are SOLDIERS not Preachers. Religion needs to stay out of Politics, War, and other Countries business.

I obviously could not agree with you more. The closer religion gets into a government the worst things get for humanity. Did we not learn that from 8 years of the Dippic? He did nothing to disuade the Christians from giving Muslims the wrong impression about our intentions...because of their support he allowed our soldiers to be perceived as Christian Crusaders and signed up civilian mercenaries like Prince fully knowing his evangelical agendas...and to add the Dippic told mommy that "Jesus told me to run for president"...

Well shit, as long as I am on it let's not forget that the Dippic also hired 150 Regent University grads into his administration....at the time Regent U. (a Pat Robertson funded gig) was a 4th tier law school....Yeah boy! We got the cream of the crop there eh? To the Dippic it didn't matter if you were an idiot as long as you were Holy...Harriet Miers anyone? John Ashcroft....everyone in his administrataion had to obey to this god delusion thing.

Oh man, the evidence is overwhelming...and today we see the cronically dippical thumpers on this site showing their racist and hater agendas...they thought they had the Dippic on a mission from god.Now they love Palin who is yet another religious nutbag so every time she farts they sniff 'n and smile.

Film at eleven...

I have a couple of Uncles that are attorneys and they were pissed about Shrub and the Regent Lawyers. They told me a good first year and for sure a second year law student wouldn't make the mistakes that these right-wing nut thumpers did. I can't remember what they were called but people that donated to the Shrub Campaign and got plum jobs over in Iraq like the 24yr old kid that had never worked in a stock exchange was put in charge of he Bagdad Stock Exchange. It just blows my mind the audacity of the repukes.

One of their thumper grads was Monica Goodling who is at the center of the US Atty hiring/firing scandal. Here's her in front of congress getting her arse taken off:

"rules, laws"....crossed the lines..."Didn't mean to"

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/presidentbush/2008/07/did-justice-dep.html

Resignation
On March 23, 2007, she took an indefinite leave of absence.On March 26, 2007, Goodling cancelled her upcoming appearance at a Congressional hearing, citing her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. No Department of Justice employee has ever exercised his or her Fifth Amendment rights with respect to official conduct and remained an employee. On April 6, 2007, Goodling announced her resignation from the Department of Justice, writing to Gonzales, "May God bless you richly as you continue your service to America

She once interviewed an atty for a postition and asked the guy, "Who, besides president Bush do you admire the most"...he replied, "Condi Rice"...then Goodling replied, "Oh no!, she's Pro-abortion"!!!

Bloggers use their free speech to spew out what ever they want.

Most are closet cases, with no facts. Unless you served with Blackwater you don't either.

Don't make yourself look stupid by repeating a blogger.

Unless you can post actual facts, that only makes you like a Jackass.

That's like saying I had to have been be a Nazi or a Jew to know the Holocaust happened.

The information contained in my initial writings are from personal first hand accounts. One witness to verify my story will be a respected Oklahoma state senator. I have copies from the orginal posts I referenced in the articles that are public record. The numbers on religion's hand in this are historical facts and can be proven beyond any reasonable doubt.

The LA times "blog" is based on recorded congressional testimonies...and right there in front of you on the Youtube video is Monica Goodling being forced to admit her crimes. These are facts, if you don't like them you cannot just dismiss them with a few keystrokes.

Blackwater requested a gag order last week and they were denied it and the investigations will continue publically, witnesses will be allowed to testify about these crimes that the Bush administration allowed to happen, and perhaps even proven as encouraged or ordered.

Prince will be charged with: obstruction of justice, murder, conspiracy to commit murder, witness intimidation, illegal arms sales of the use of unapproved weapons, destrustion of evidence, and even may face charges in human trafficing (of children). These charges may only be the tip of the iceburg.

Yup, I think i'll be a jackass for justice...
