Ex-cons are just that. Note the EX.

Married persons are united to someone other than me.

Wrong is wrong however you choose to look at it.

Marriage is a bunch of BULL-F**K anyway.
Now it is not always the case that an ex-con ever committed a crime.
Innocent people are framed every day and it's not just "over there" in other countries way far away that you morons are allowing to mass immigrate from. It's over HERE. And if you literally dont believe it, you will later when it happens to YOU.

I'd rather date a married person. But that doesn't mean i'd date a married person because they're married. I dont like the idea of back-stabbing some poor married SCHMUCK just because he's confused or "a loser." I might do it if i think the guys a total a**hole. Then again i might not. But i'd be less likely to date an ex con. The reason being that the majority of ex cons ARE criminals. And almost sadder, sometimes people who appear innocent have done other crimes, got away with it, and framed for a crime they DIDNT do!!
Morons.

Geez....what to pick both are cheaters or worst....Lib. You have to include neither but it I had to chose I'd chose ex con because they can turn their life around as demonstrated by Judge Joe Brown. But married ppl if they cheat their spouse will cheat on you or they don't leave their spouse.

I don't know how to do that. All I can tell you is the show, the channel, and the date of the show. You can easily look it up. Trust me, I was shocked to hear it too, because it is an archaic law on the books , and I have never heard of anyone being charged with it, except used in a divorce hearing.

Adultery is a violation of article 134 of the UCMJ and is punishable with:

Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 1 year.

And jammil, have quite a few, especially officers, had to suffer these consequences ? I grew up in a military neighborhood and I remember it happening, but that was like 40 years ago.

But your lovers were married to the military that you so enjoy f**king over. It's only a copy and paste and a change in punishment away from becoming CIVILIAN law... A year in jail with a nice sex offender status would be sufficient deterrent wouldn't you say?

This is how laws are made it's because the majority have put up with enough bullshit of the minority so that they can LEGALLY do something about it.

I will say ex con with contingencies. I would never date a married person because I can't and wont share. However, in order to date an ex con it would have to have been a fairly minor crime, and he would have to prove to me that he now has his life together and is a good person. Most likely wouldn't date either.

@ jam. I only dated one military wife. Her husband was a Navy officer. He was abussive, both physical and mental. In the end,he was demoted, they got divorced and I got away scott free. As for those that have affairs in the non-military world. Would you really want to make an act between 2 consenting adults against the law? be seeing you.

Maybe I might want it if it keeps guys like you HONEST since you won't do it on your own. The ones who get cheated ON get away scott free and the cheater and their lover should go to prison for some down time to think about the kind of pain they've caused.

In your case you could care less.

(You can play the agree to disagree card anytime there...)

My first inclination was to say neither but I had to rethink it to say it would depend on what the ex-con was convicted for. I'd never date a married man b/c that's a no win situation. Why didn't you give the choice of neither?

Personally, I think people who target married wo/men do so b/c they know they will never have to invest anything emotionally.

I don't believe there is such a thing as an "ex-con", just someone whose punishment is over for that particular crime. Given time, they will probably become a renewed con.

NO, had to rethink my NO to either answer b/c if an ex-con was convicted of something innocently then it wouldn't be fair to automatically rule him out. There is no justifying dating someone who is married. I think there is room for possibilities for an ex-con, again depending upon what the charge was, where as the married man would be a definate NO.

Whether ppl believe it or not, they probally have dated both, not knowingly, but a good chance they have. Its not like your dealing with ppl of ethics, why would they tell you, they are? The only way too know, at least with the ex con, is do a records check before meeting, but that rarely happens, lol!

I'll pick the ex con

being an EX con means very little if anything.... what are they doing NOW? that is what counts

A married person...well, that would be pretty obvious that they are not to be trusted
(as in NOW)
so it is a simple pick for me

I may or may not date an ex cone, depending on the crime and how long ago it was. I wouldn 't knowingly date someone married.

The ex con did something wrong in the past. The married person still is.
