Every time Clarence kicks beavis and butthead a** they keep coming back for more thrashing.
I'd say the loons are the ones who repeatedly return to get their a** kicked.

He has a way with words that are wholly lacking of any signs of education in the average core curriculum of an ordinary college. He lacks the ability to understand simple concepts expressed in simple things like bell curves. I suppose that's normal in his particular cultural and socioeconomic group.

We seem to have forgotten this thread is about people who communicate with the dead. If there are any signs of life, they find it in dead people A kind of psychic necrophilia.

It's about right treatment of others, IMO, we're no better than the exclusivity club.
We appear to be doin more fussin and fightin, than lovin ......and for me, Clarencec is right about right treatment. I do have a warped sense of humor, and apparently share that with Ron

Treatment should be applied by well qualified mental health professionals but those with psychiatric problems such as those who claim they communicate with god, Jesus, space aliens, ghosts, dead people refuse treatment because they're delusional and believe they have a gift instead of being sick.

How would you diagnose a buddy with a bone sticking out of his leg? Do you need to be an orthopedic surgeon to know something is very wrong and to apply a tourniquet and splint before they bleed to death?

This is my problem with untrained first aid.

Don't move the person except if necessary to avoid further injury. Take these actions immediately while waiting for medical help:

Stop any bleeding. Apply pressure to the wound with a sterile bandage, a clean cloth or a clean piece of clothing.
Immobilize the injured area. Don't try to realign the bone or push a bone that's sticking out back in. If you've been trained in how to splint and professional help isn't readily available, apply a splint to the area above and below the fracture sites. Padding the splints can help reduce discomfort.
Apply ice packs to limit swelling and help relieve pain until emergency personnel arrive. Don't apply ice directly to the skin — wrap the ice in a towel, piece of cloth or some other material.
Treat for shock. If the person feels faint or is breathing in short, rapid breaths, lay the person down with the head slightly lower than the trunk and, if possible, elevate the legs.

You will notice tourniquet is not mentioned ( a major cause of gangrene and other infections is improper use of tourniquets )

Good because anyone with intelligence can and should learn first aid especially when first responders will take too long to arrive.

Ryan Bell is mentioned in the site.

Its a very well organized support and meet up group that seems to be growing fast. Apparently there are so many clergy leaving a life of superstition and ignorance that such a group could form. I'm surprised I didn't hear of it before.

It was mentioned a year or two ago you just missed it.

Yes! He does ..... but only when not placed in a corner.

When Clarence is placed in a corner ..... where cannot rebut a post ..... or simply cannot think of a appropriate response ..... he will resort to personal attacks such as:

"I'd just like to feel assured you have an independent functional brain and aren't just some sort of sycophantic talking hemorrhoid lodged in Yam's back passage who's programmed to give the thumbs up to anything its host says."

By the way I corrected the misspelled word in that quote.

I have never resorted to personally attacking Clarence but he obviously has no class.

You attack many other members constantly though with your unsolicited and unqualified mental health advice. It's annoying. I don't know why you and your equally clueless guru can't leave the topic of fake psychiatry alone and create a topic on something you know a bit about - like boats maybe. I suspect Furch would be interested in that one, if he didn't have you blocked. Apparently in the Urantia book, Jesus was more than a little handy with the carpentry and distinguished himself in this regard by designing a completely new kind of boat.

                                                         JESUS THE BOATBUILDER

[In January of A.D. 21 Jesus] passed on successively through Magdala and Bethsaida to Capernaum, where he stopped to pay a visit to his father's friend Zebedee.

Zebedee's sons were fishermen; he himself was a boatbuilder. Jesus of Nazareth was an expert in both designing and building; he was a master at working with wood; and Zebedee had long known of the skill of the Nazareth craftsman. For a long time Zebedee had contemplated making improved boats; he now laid his plans before Jesus and invited the visiting carpenter to join him in the enterprise, and Jesus readily consented.

Jesus worked with Zebedee only a little more than one year, but during that time he created a new style of boat and established entirely new methods of boatmaking. By superior technique and greatly improved methods of steaming the boards, Jesus and Zebedee began to build boats of a very superior type, craft which were far more safe for sailing the lake than were the older types. For several years Zebedee had more work, turning out these new-style boats, than his small establishment could handle; in less than five years practically all the craft on the lake had been built in the shop of Zebedee at Capernaum. Jesus became well known to the Galilean fisherfolk as the designer of the new boats. [1419]

And I don't know why you are so dead against discussions relating to religion and mental health. Seems that even English christian clergy have no problem in discussing it ..... so why do you?

If you don't care for the discussions ..... why do you join them? ..... especially with the weak arguments you have presented. Now that you have lowered yourself to making raunchy personal attacks on my person ..... what is your next step?

I'm not against such topics in principle when they're created by serious members who aren't out to use charges of mental illness as a pretext for ad hom and personal abuse. Mnnous once made a good topic. http://www.datehookup.com/Thread-1130207.htm The one you made about the disastrously flawed psychiatric study was potentially good if there had been anyone capable of discussing it rationally apart from myself and Maerkk.

The Christian clergy article, or at least the newspaper report does a good job of discussing the topic seriously. I have no problem with it. With one in four people suffering mental health issues at some time during their lives, it's inevitable that religious figures may have been affected, along with people in all other walks of life.

If you don't care for the discussions ..... why do you join them? ..... especially with the weak arguments you have presented.

I posted on the latest crappy one by Yam 'cause my name was mentioned.

For someone that admits they are not a mental health professional ..... your ego is so inflated that making a post like that must be easy.

All you and maerkk did in those other threads was to establish your own personal rules and relentlessly argue them over and over ..... even when your nonsense was shown to be in error.

I think you should work on reducing your hat size so that some day ..... if you want to purchase a hat ..... you may find one that fits.
